Use great methods to get great results
The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and common methods that are used in the van Hoek lab.
We follow the CLSI procedures for MIC testing. M100-S21
For Pseudomonas, we follow CLSI with the exception of testing AMPs, in which case we use DIFCO MH, (not Cation-adjusted following Dr. Bob Hancock's advice).
